who we are

J2 Real Property Group, LLC began development work with Dutch Bros.

J2 Real Property Group, LLC was founded in 2013 by Jimmy Pat James, MAI and David L. Johnsen, MAI. With a combined 60+ years of experience in the commercial real estate appraisal industry (with significant emphasis on the valuation of net-lease, build-to-suit properties), the founders bring a valuable skill set to real property development. By working closely with lenders, investors, developers, contractors and governmental agencies, J2 Real Property Group, LLC has the knowledge base and necessary skills to provide development services to the real estate community.

J2 Real Property Group, LLC is currently acquiring sites for the development of build-to-suit properties.

Purchase and sale of land in Hewitt, Texas for development.
